Eligibility Criteria for Admission to Ph.D. Management

1. Minimum 5 Years Work Experience in Private/Public Sector/Academia/Banks etc.

2. Two Years Master’s Degree with 55% Marks.

(* Subject to fulfilment of eligibility norms of Jamia Hamdard Univeristy)

The admission will be done through a two-tier process

First stage would include short listing of candidates on the following :

• Academic credentials
• Work experience
• Research Publications

Second stage will include an interview organized by Department of Management, Jamia Hamdard; where the candidate is required to discuss his/her research interest/area through a presentation before a duly constituted Department Research Committee.

The interview shall also consider the following aspects, viz. whether:

The candidate possesses the competence for the proposed research.

The research work can be suitably undertaken at the Institution.

The proposed area of research can contribute to new/additional knowledge.
