Calcutta Business School (CBS), one of the top management colleges in Kolkata offers an AICTE approved 2-year full-time Post-Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM), PGDM (18 months for working executives ) & PGPEx ( 15 months for businessmen and working professionals). PGDM is affiliated to Association of Indian Universities making it equivalent to MBA and is National Board of Accreditation.

Eligibility Criteria

Graduation with a minimum of 50% marks in any discipline from a University recognized by the UGC or the AICTE. Emphasis is also placed upon the candidate’s performance during the Group Discussion and Personal Interview sessions as conducted by the Calcutta Business School.

Candidates appearing for their Final Year Bachelor’s Degree exams can also apply if they can and submit their graduation results by the 30th of September.

Candidates are required to produce a valid CAT/MAT/ XAT/ CMAT/GMAT, /ATMA/JEMAT scorecard. However, candidates without a scorecard for any may sit for the CBSAT ( Calcutta Business School Aptitude Test) initially to confirm their admission and later submit the score card of any of the aforementioned score cards

Selection Process

Candidates will be shortlisted for Group Discussion and Personal Interview sessions based on their past academic records and CAT/XAT/CMAT/MAT/GMAT/ATMA/ JEMAT scores. Shortlisted candidates will be called for Group Discussion and Personal Interview at a city of their choice or on an online mode.

The final selection will be based upon the candidate’s performance in Group Discussion, Personal Interview, and past academic record. Along with these, work experience and other achievements will also be taken into account while offering them admission to this course.
